SYDNEY (at SIEC) EVENTING REFUND POLICY

1. Scratchings before the close of entries, full refund.

2. Scratchings after the close of entries will receive a full refund of stabling fees or $14 day stay plus the $15 rider levy .

3. Scratchings with a Medical Certificate or Veterinary Certificate received within FIVE days of commencement of the event will receive all stabling fees plus 50% of entry fees. Mail to VIcki Pigott, 57 Sunshine Road, Hillville, NSW.

Note: The $10 levy to Ev NSW is payable on the entry list at close of entry plus any late entries; administration costs of Nominate and draw preparation are not recoverable.

LATE ENTRY POLICY

Late entries MAY be made and Sydney (at SIEC) Eventing will endeavour to fit these into a suitable position on the draw a minimum of 24 hours before commencement of the event. Such late entries will be subject to a fee of $30.

Riders who "do not show" may be wait listed at a subsequent event and will not be guaranteed a position on the draw and will receive no refund.

CHANGES OF ENTRY

Riders who wish to change their entry to a different class or time within a class after the draw has been published will be charged a $30 fee.

There will be NO TRANSFERS between events. Riders will need to scratch from the event and enter the other event as a new entry where the late fee will be waived.
